INTERNATIONAL SALES

Risu Beard Oil is only shipped inside EU at the moment. If you are interested ordering bigger outside EU, please contact us by email info@risubrand.com. 

SHIPPING

Our domestic shipping is handled by Finnish Posti (1-4 business days) and in Europe we use DHL global mail (5-7 business days).

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards, direct bank transfer and PayPal. Please contact us if you have inquiry about different payment method that you'd like to use.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Merchandise available on risubrand.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals join our newsletter when creating an account. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you with different options. Some of the products are only available for a period of time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our store policy allows you to return products within 14 days of having received them. The product must be unopened and unused. Please contact us by email first info@risubrand.com. Note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, therefore please send package with a dispatch number so it can be traced. We don't refund the cost of the shipping on returns.

For all products purchased from one of our retail partners, all returns, exchanges and issues must be addressed through the point of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have not been purchased directly through our website or store location.
