Risu Grooming Products

Our terms and conditions are subject to change, so please read them before placing your order. By confirming your purchase you also agree on these terms of purchase. You must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address and phone number, is correct.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

We ship worldwide and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping within Finland:

  • Posti 6,90€. Shipping is free on all orders over 60€ 

Shipping within Europe:

  • UPS 14,90€. Shipping is free on all orders over 70€

International shipping:

  • UPS 24,90€. Shipping is free on all orders over 120€ 

Please note that custom fees are not included to shipping, and when goods are shipped outside the European Union you may be charged custom fees such as duties and taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards, direct bank transfer. As payment provider we use PayPal and Paytrail.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Merchandise available on risubrand.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals join our newsletter when creating an account. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you with different options. Some of the products are only available for a period of time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our store policy allows you to return products within 14 days of having received them. The product must be unopened and unused.

In order to make a return please contact us by email first info@risubrand.com. Note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, therefore please send package with a dispatch number so it can be traced. We don't refund the cost of the shipping on returns.

Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from the postal office does not count as a return, and in this case you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

For all products purchased from one of our retail partners, all returns, exchanges and issues must be addressed through the point of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have not been purchased directly through our website or store location. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Everything we sent out is quality controlled. However, if you have received faulty product, please contact us info@risubrand.com and we will be happy to replace it or refund the costs, as long as we have been informed within 14 days of purchase.
